Tekra’s Terrapin® on polyester is designed to be optically clear, highly resistant to scratching, and provides excellent protection from chemical solvents and cleaners. Primarily for opto-electronic use, these hardcoated films are excellent as the top layer of a flat panel or LCD display, due to the high priority for scratch and chemical resistance during product design.
